HOOBS box connected to my AT&T Fiber Modem/Router with the included ethernet cable. AT&T box has been rebooted several times.

I have tried disabling and different configurations on Hubs disabled and enabled. Leaving Homepod unplugged etc.
All Apple TVs are on tvOS version 16(were on version 15, but still issues) my iPhone 12 Pro Max is now on iOS 16 to see if that would make a difference.
I have factory reset the HOOBS box, reloaded the Ring plugin and readded to Homekit probably 50 times now. Same result. Snapshots work, but the live view goes to "not responding" Today I actually got live view with audio to work from my Ring Doorbell 2 camera, once I exited and came back to live view it went to not responding. I can do a live view on the Ring manufacturer app with zero issues. The Ring plugin has never worked since I received the HOOBS box from the HOOBS company via UPS on August 17th
Factory reset the HOOBS box and reloaded the Ring plugin. Cannot get the live stream to work. Snapshots work. dgreif said it was a HOOBS problem far as he can tell.
Description I get current snapshots in the Apple Home app. When I click on a camera I get "No Response"
