Getting started tutorial Part 2 missing

Tutorial Part 2 is missing: http://docs.hood.ie/camp/tutorials/

the link on the page points to the old doc which will lead readers there and they will continue on reading and navigating through the old doc which is so different from the current hoodie release.

I suggest:

1. continuing with the part 1 and showing how to build the app tracker project while guiding them through the bits of hoodie. Similar to how the old part 2 doc was written.
2. Having the offline camp tutorial as the part 2 guide
3. Having a part 2 (maybe even 3) building a replica of the app tracker project and also having a link to the camp tutorial
