remove /app folder #13

assigning the issue to me. The /app folder has in fact the source code for the Admin Dashboard view. It's still CoffeeScript, this needs to be refactored & cleaned up.

Will be solved once https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-plugin-users/pull/46 is merged, the entire frontend componend will be part of the main ember dashboard.
