Not at all. It has historic reasons that it's in there. We will get rid if it, pull requests welcome :)

there is some sample / tutorial / guild to work with cordova, and how can i deploy hoodie on my favorite cloud service? i thinking use google engine / aws or heroku. the only couchdb cloud is iriscouch? the cloudant not work, the version is out of date. sorry about some many questions.. i really like couchdb eco-sistem, but there is some issues on eco-sistem.

@gr2m thanks for your patience, the configuration enviroment, there is some docker all ready? there is one place in documentation where talk about configuration, like endpoint, port, couchdb url, env for development/test/stage/production?
