I'm sorry for all the comments...I found the file to be updated, should I make a commit or pull request while I wait for the decision on the chosen contributor? I'm not exactly sure how this works >.< Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks again!

Hey everyone, the file has not yet been updated, it still says 2016 in the LICENSE file, see https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-task-client/blob/master/LICENSE#L189

We will pick one person by random tomorrow to work on the issue :) Others can also send a pull request if you want to exercise, but we can only accept one pull request

@YendyH your pull request is at https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-task-client/pull/49, it’s on a different repository than this issue, maybe that’s what is confusing? You did everything right 👌
