Updates TODOMVC link #290

I could not see the content of the old repo ( https://github.com/snnd/todomvc-on-hoodie ) but this one (https://github.com/jspenc72/todomvc-on-hoodie) has the same features described .

Note that we are in the process of releasing a new Hoodie version. The code is already out: https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie/, the docs are still work in progress: http://docs.hood.ie/camp/ and there is a demo app for a good starting point: https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie-app-tracker
