nav header partialy hidden fix #343

Saw this error on Windows 10, Chrome 55

nav header cuts off

Hmm I tried to reproduce it in Chrome 55 on Mac but had no luck. Setting the height from 102px to 122px expands the header without any background for me, which should not cause any trouble I guess, but I would love to have someone with more CSS expertise than me have a look at it

seems like after the top animation finishes, it causes the issue... (also tested on a chromebook, same issue)

http://recordit.co/kPr7RVMIBo - weird ... and then if you refresh the page, the bug is still there but the animation doesn't run anymore... (that's why I have to completely close incognito mode, and re-open it incognito mode to see it)
