Change behaviour of cursor over header #352

The cursor behaves as a pointer over the entire header though the entire header is not a hyperlink. Fixes #351

so turns out that the website is loading its CSS from http://hoodiehq.github.io/hoodie-css/src/css/prod/hoodie.min.pref.css. Yes this is all horrible, hence the efforts at #312 to make the whole setup simpler and easier to contribute to :(
