chore(release): removed doc generation to fix release step #171

The doc generation step was failing due to general outdatedness of doxx. This blocked the entire release step on travis, leading to a failed build.

Since gh-pages hosts the readme by default if it can’t find anything else, and the doxx output is basically the readme, this wasn’t needed anyway.
