make hoodie.account.signOut() reject with better error when local changes cannot be pushed #83

follow up for https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie/issues/358 and https://github.com/hoodiehq/hoodie/issues/195

Currently fails with CustomPouchError: Database encountered an unknown error
