add nonnegativeinteger #256

This PR just adds nonnegativeinteger (see https://www.w3.org/TR/2012/REC-xmlschema11-2-20120405/datatypes.html#nonNegativeInteger) to the xsd2GoTypes

It thereby addresses a part of issue #170
