Provide an example systemd unit for starting proxy #19

@hoonmin as discussed in Issue #18 Let me know if this needs further explanation.

Please note the lack of quotes. Systemd is not a shell and does not do expansion or quoting, so these get passed to the proxy verbatim which causes a lot of headaches during debugging.
