Implement Stock Trading Basic Function

• Define functions to implement --Buy Korean Stock --Sell Korean Stock --Buy Overseas Stock(USA) --Sell Overseas Stock(USA)

• Find reference -- https://github.com/youtube-jocoding/koreainvestment-autotrade/tree/main

• Check reference validity --checked for Korean Stock Buy/Sell --I think it is good for now, or I can do Overseas function check using same reference?

• Implement Actual Function --set Account info in gitignored file. --get the buying, selling, and some other functions we can retrieve.

• Check functionality -- Run a test run one day, buying and selling one random thing
