Precision and scale for decimals appear to be swapped around #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Wizardby /generate to produce a baseline.mdl
2. Use wizardby /update to run the generated mdl

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The update fails on any columns specified as Decimal stating that the scale 
must be smaller than the precision.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
rev 120 from SVN, running against SQL Server 2005

Please provide any additional information below.
The values stated for precision and scale in the error message produced are 
the wrong way round, i.e. the value shown for scale is actually that of the 
precision
