Add support for schemas #6

Microsoft SQL Server (and other DBMSes) has support for schemas, which are 
logical data storage structures. Full support for working with schemas 
(creation, deletion, etc.) has to be included in Wizardby.

Things to consider:

* Microsoft SQL Server requires "create schema" statement to be the first 
statement in 
a batch.

Uh... I honestly cannot remember. There was one commit related to it, but since 
my needs in schemas has somewhat diminished, I never got round to finishing 
this.
