Reregister on Snarl restart (patch attached) #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. (Re)start Snarl while Witty is running

What do you see instead?
Registration with Snarl is lost until Witty will be restarted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current Dev

Please provide any additional information below.
Find attached a patch which will automatically reregister  Witty with Snarl
when Snarl is (re)started during Witty running already
