DownloadAllContent - please add support to download index table and chapters summaries of anime/manga from fandom

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Downloading index, story arcs and chapters list, and chapters summaries from fandom manga/anime pages is not easy. Using DownloadAllContent could help, but currently there are two issues:

• Content is not parsed in the order of the arcs and chapters, and manga and anime episodes are mixed up.
• The first page, the index with tables of arcs lists and episodes, is not parsed at all. Sometimes you need to parse the arcs index page and the sub-index pages of each arc or volume to find the novel/manga/anime adaptations and list of chapters/episodes. DownloadAllContent currently is not able to parse all these layers in a single consistent md index of all chapters divided in arcs and separated by medium. Describe the solution you'd like

• Add the option to download the index page with the list of arcs and chapters for manga and anime as a single md file including the tables, preserving the order and structure of the lists and of the tables found on the page. It would be useful to add the option to preserve the links in md format. Sometimes you need to parse the arcs index page and the sub-index pages of each arc or volume to find the novel/manga/anime adaptations and list of chapters/episodes. DownloadAllContent should be able to parse all these layers in a single consistent md index of all chapters in correct order, divided in arcs and separated by medium and adaptation showed side by side for each arc.
• Add the option to correctly download the fandom chapters summaries in the order of the novel, then the manga, and then of the anime. Not mixing them up. It should Include all media adaptations summaries, in separate sections (some fandom pages lists the novel chapters, manga chapters, anime episodes and live tv episodes).

Describe alternatives you've considered Manually download the chapters in order, but it is too draining. Also there is no option to download the index tables with arcs and episodes in a md file with tables, unless writing it manually.
