Date/Time specification can only be RFC3339 format (YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SSZ), ex.: 2016-01-01T01:00:00Z

[x] The API uses from and to. Renamed the start and end commandline options to from and to.
[x] check on the dates implemented, a ValueError is raised in case the date does not match
