Initialize visibility of layers and not only this. #1

Initialize visibility of layers with some default value, now it undefined what value will be assigned. In windows side it shows the 3rd box randomly (which in layer2 with uninitialized visibility).

I can not see such issue under windows, also visibility is initialized in mml_layer.cpp
