question: How where the src/data/blacklists/*.ts files created? especially nftPowerUserBlacklist? #637

I'm very curious what is the origin of the blacklist files? How where they created? Especially interesting is the origin of the nftPowerUserBlacklist.ts file. What was the criteria of a NFT user to be considerd a "power user"?
