UX: Chat message AutoScrollPane suddenly doesn't allow scrolling by mouse wheel after a few seconds #60

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a chat screen that has more messages than fit on the screen to enforce the scroll bar
  2. Scroll up and down with the mouse wheel
  3. After a few seconds, scrolling doesn't work anymore, and it won't start to work suddenly either
