rename castra-simple2 #23

castra-simple2 is not very descriptive.

How about notify-random?

Keeping castra at the beginning of the name to provide natural grouping, and applying the same logic to notify gives us castra-notify-simple or castra-notify-random. Simple is not very descriptive, which leaves us with castra-notify-random.
