AUTO WINLOCK (Window Position Locker) from MasterMind420 shows a technique to lock windows position.

Implement the following:

property movemenu[] - to toggle availability of move-actions within windows systemmenu
property movable[] - to toggle movability of window (uses property movemenu[])
