Add filter options #9

As a user I want to filter the dishes available to e.g. only show vegan options without mustard in the cafeteria. The layout could be similar to the one implemented in the tray-widget: grafik

Edit: If food from both the canteen and the cafeteria is displayed, it would be important to indicate in the widget where the food is available. For example, with an emoji or as a small text after the price.

In #21 I made a quick mockup how allergens and the location could be displayed
