[bug]: windows installer creash #3854

Current behavior

When I run the Hoppscotch_win_x64.msi in windows7，windows10， it alaws crash.

version: v23.12.5-1

system: windows7 x64 , windows10 x64

I'm on windows 11 I have a problem with the installer too. To me it says it fails to open the installing package and fails to start after requesting admin rights.
