Introduction

After creating a relay connection that is closed, libp2p throws an error whenever that connection is immediately closed.

Figure it out why libp2p throws an error after an immediate connection w/o a specific signalling.
Add the adequate call or method that ensure libp2p understands we are closing the connection.
