[ ] Review all required dependencies for running a HOPR node
[ ] Setup a bundler (e.g. rollup, webpack, parcel, systemjs) able to compile everything in a ready to use file
[ ] Test bundled system using nodejs under the dist folder.

Moving this to Sprint 8, as we won't need a bundler for now as everything is being rendered in node.
