Connecting via a mobile hotspot connection allows HOPR-chat nodes to send but not receive messages #66

Describe the bug Sending a message from a HOPR-chat node connected to the internet via a hotspot mobile internet connection works for sending messages, but not receiving ones.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run HOPR chat stable version via Docker in different instances i.e. ports + directory. Let's call these accounts A and B.
  2. Connect account A to a mobile hotspot connection.
  3. Send message from account A to account B.
  4. See the message hang i.e. not be delivered.

Expected behavior The message should be delivered.
