NULL: missing picture in access unit #6

I usually use mpv player to play my files but lately some files give the above error when trying to play. I tired to play them in VLC too but nothing happens.

it doesn;t happen to all recordings but every other. this is the full error for one of the file:

[ffmpeg] NULL: missing picture in access unit with size 33604 [ffmpeg] AVBSFContext: No start code is found.
