CAM4 new plugin for Streamlink. #2

After the New Theme on Cam4, Streamlink plugin are not working too. Can you please make a new cam4.py ?

there is any clean plugin for cam4 like before from streamlink (for 1.7 version)? when i try install Requirements i got error " invalid syntax"
