[x] All content in /docs need to be moved to /docs/en
[x] created docs/es
[x] add all the committed translated docs (maybe I erase something??)

@horacioh hmmmm, maybe this will need a revert. There was a comment on the RFC where they mentioned that english could remain where it is, and only put each new language in its own folder: https://github.com/gatsbyjs/rfcs/pull/42#discussion_r326427135

no worries, I will do a PR to the main repo with the new structure and we can start migrating the translations there :)
