Fixed help message in slang.tcl, various fixes in wiki.tcl #1

if a custom trigger is used, it will now show up properly in the help message caused by executing the trigger with a number and no word as parameters.

Line splitting is configurable in wiki.tcl. Some networks, like Rizon, allow less than 400 characters
