User Password is not receiving on his email address. when we add new employee

I created a new employee, but that employee didn't receive any emails on the activation or reset the password or set a new password.
Hi @sanjaysys , As discussed earlier, the user won't have any mail initially when his data is created in the database. By default the user's password will be his phone number and once logged in, they can change their password from their profile.

Thats fine, I was thinking once the user is created they will be notified by email.
But that's fine. Now I understood its the design.

Hi Team,
We have facing one rare issue while creating new employee his password is not received on mail. I know as well his bydefault password is mobile not if why is received his on mail for future reference.
can you please look into this.
