Biometric Machine not connected with horilla

We have horilla hrms and add biometric device in the portal. But its, failed to connect.

Getting this error message "Connection unsuccessful Please double-check the accuracy of the provided IP Address and Port Number for correctness"

Device name Zkteco Machine IP: 192.168.. Port: 4370

Please help me out asap.

Hi @mohdsaqib12 , Can you share with us the log data when you click on the Test connection button ? Also are the machines and the system connected under same network?

@horilla-opensource Yes, machine and my device both connect with same network (wireless).
