Hi @vinaypatel , What is the message that you are getting while trying to connect to the biometric ?
Can you confirm whether the biometric device and Horilla system is connected in the same network? Or in case Horilla is installed on a cloud instance, please make sure that the ip and port of the biometric device is publicly available (port forwarding) ?
With Regards, Team Horilla
It is (HRMS) installed on cloud. Port 11000 is open and configured correctly as the matrix web app (which comes with biometrics) is installed on another cloud server and can talk to matrix device so i assume the configuration is correct
From the context explained above, the configuration is correct. Can we know if there is any log coming up when you click on the test connection button?
With Regards, Team Horilla
Dialogue shows this : Please double-check the accuracy of the provided Machine IP, Username and Password for correctness.
Let me know if I can get the log from anywhere else.
I have checked the code, and I don't see a place where we are using the Port asked in the parameter—I might be wrong and have overlooked it. You can correct me if I am wrong.
Can you please connect with our team in skype at teamhorilla@gmail.com ?
With Regards, Team Horilla
Invitation Requested.
