Description

Choose open position is a choice in positions in Add recruitment demo is valid while it shouldn't be.

Steps to Reproduce

Recruitment -> recruitment -> create -> add position

Expected Behavior

choose open position should be placeholder but not a choice

Actual Behavior

The issue where the "Choose open position" was being treated as a valid option has been resolved
