Adjust wording of Applicability Facets vs Requirement Facets

As you can see in the image below, the same wording is used regardless of whether a facet is a requirement facet or an applicability facet. For guidance on how this should differ, refer to the example on the buildingsmart github or even the USBIM IDS implementation.

I corrected this templates based on https://github.com/buildingSMART/IDS/tree/development/Documentation/UserManual. But more feedback on them would be good.
