Reference v 2.4.0 - a couple of points in this feature request / suggestion:
Export everything in the board design to PDF (subject to the layer filters, of course), even if the elements lie outside of the Outline. Currently the PDF export seems to limit its extant to just beyond the board's Outline. But having, for example, Outline Notes export from beyond the Outline itself would be useful, e.g. to generate further documentation.
Allow export of Dimensions to PDF, for similar reason. Currently dimensions do not seem to have, nor can have, an exportable layer. So either explicitly allow their optional export to PDF, or perhaps more broadly, allow them to be assigned to an actual layer.
