License notices #761

The LICENSE file refers to GNU General Public License version 3. GNU requires license notices at the top of each file. However, I do not see any in the source tree.

It is also unclear whether the project is GPL3-only or GPL3+.

It's hidden quite well ... but it's GPL3+.
