Make LookPositive a real icon pack #1

As of right now, LookPositive is just a bunch of SVGs following the same style without being what it's supposed to be: a Linux icon pack.

This would require a restructure of the repo and creating an index.theme file.

By the way, @Micro856 wants the file structure to be a more friendly and human-readable structure.
