Enhance Error when trying to load a ROS from ERROR to File Not Found. #8

I'd make the default filename, the filename of the default ROS on the DSK img match the default ROS filename built in to CFG. For bonus point - ask for a disk and let the user pick from a menu.

Error message has been updated to reflect disk/file error.
