The document list a new test program TST that will do old and new Horizons, but you need a file called CHART to interpret the results. Lets add chart to the distribution package.

The linked chart is documented in the hardware construction guide. Is it by chance the file needed to interpret the test results?

Ksarul confirmed this chart is the document in question. I will close this issue when I have updated the general release packet and info.
