Ability to add custom blockchain networks (like it's on Metamask) #5723

I don't want "bridge" approach like Metamask and Wallect Connect. Unfortunately these two protocols doesn't increase security, but expose to attacks where accounts are drained (by phishing or otherwise).

Such attacks, traps and leaks are sadly known.

What exactly do you mean with bridge approach ? The ticket was open for Custom RPC networks which is a very important feature in multiple instances like to access new blockchains as soon as they are launched, to escape Infura.io data mining, to use a custom RPC with sandwich attack protection or to use test networks for development of new projects.

I had understood wrongly. That it would been a bridge approach with the browser, which I particularly hate.

It seems a kind of recipes book to add new blockchains.
