BUG: Event Volunteer Page - volunteers needed data and volunteer button state do not persist #82

Repro Steps

  1. Sign-in / sign-up.

  2. Visit gardens/1/events.

  3. Notice the volunteer button is enabled and the volunteers needed count is 24.

  1. Hit the Volunteer button.
  2. Notice that the volunteers needed count remains 24 - it should be 23.

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Notice that the volunteer button reverts to enabled - it should persist as disabled for the signed-in user.
