3 weeks ago Similar problem here with v4.0.0 RC5
Launches, icon bounces 1-2 times in Dock, then quits. Crash report sent to Apple.
Trying to launch previous stable version 3.3.6 (on the same Mac), after updating the HorosCloud plugin through 4.0.0 rc - also crashes right away.
Deleting everything 4.0.0 and relaunching 3.3.6 - works. However, the older version now throws a prompt to update the HorosCloud plugin again.
BTW after d/loading the updated plugin, v4.0.0 warned that multiple similar versions of that plugin were currently installed. No option to undo the install - or i possibly weren't aware of that option.
Could be a conflict between the older and the updated version of the HorosCloud plugin making both the previously stable installation of 3.3.6 as well as the release candidate crash at launch?
MacOS Catalina 10.15.7, 13 year old MacBook pro still happily humming along :)
MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1 Horos v3.3.6 When I enter the application it prompts me about an update for "Horos Cloud." Once clicked, the update begins to run in the left panel and the progress bar cycles back and forth and everything freezes. I have left it up to 5 min and I get the ball of death and it does not respond so I force quit.
