Remove alchemy key, and make it a RPC url #553

The Dapp has alchmey hard coded. Thisshould be a generic RPC url so it can move to infura etc.

I have part of the solution but I feel like there's a file I'm missing - where the alchemy url is?

All good. In the .env or sample .env
