Have a separate release branch #12

We should have a separate release branch, and have the openshift app track that branch instead of master, which is broken from time to time.

We could even have 2 separate apps, a "staging" one that tracks master and a "production" one that tracks this release branch.

This is also necessary because every push causes the OpenShift gear to go down for a few minutes while it is rebuilt.
