Prediction of iRT values #7

Hi,

as I understand, the normalized retention time that is given by DeepRTplus is not the same as the indexed retention time (iRTs).

It would be great if DeepRTplus could predict iRT values as well, as iRT values are a standard today in terms of normalized retention times. Just a thought...

Best,

Marc

Good suggestion. The output retention time of DeepRT is determined by the training data one uses, and here is one dataset from the paper which is normalized by the iRT Kit, so I think if one uses this data to train DeepRT, what is given is exactly the normalized iRT value.
