Inadequate Apache config in Vagrant

After Vagrant up and running the install script successfully, I don't have any sign of response from the server on either my host machine or within the VM.

Inside VM: curl -v 'http://localhost:80/'

• About to connect() to localhost port 80 (#0)
• Trying 127.0.0.1... Connection refused
• couldn't connect to host
• Closing connection #0 curl: (7) couldn't connect to host

The trick is to insert

ServerName localhost

inside /etc/apache2/apache2.conf
