Better windows pipeline status detect #104

In windows the status detection was not quite correct so I made these changes to improve it I also found that one more variable was missing and I added it!

I made this pipeline run as a test: https://github.com/xchwarze/DIE-engine/actions/runs/9966250749

There would be attached all the artifacts to test manually, I didn't get to test if they are automatically uploaded to the release but it's the same code I made for the toolkit pipeline so it should work
